Great place for a picnic on a fine day. Loads of room for the kids to run and play as the hill has a large flat field at the top. Worth going up the castle itself as the view from the top is amazing.

The steps are steep and there are many of them, they have recently been repaired and replaced with good quality treads and risers so safe under foot. Not sure about a 3 year old walking all the way up, the risers are quite... More
