A very poor shopping experience, very poor list of stores made up of £1 stores and low-quality retail. if you are looking to purchase for a special occasion, household furniture or anything of quality, this is not the shopping centre of choice.

the shops are the average range, though with many low-budget stores interspersed
however, the decor is darted,and despite recent improvements, the centre looks run-down, and dank. It's shops cater to a lower-end base, and there is very little variety.

I used to go down there alot but stopped going due to the groups of youths & and the drunks that hang about down there causing trouble and asian familys letting there kids play in the fountains that isnt what they are there for showing...More
This used to be a benchmark shopping centre, unfortunately the owners Capital and Regional have let it fall into decline, with no financial investment in to the town of Luton.
