Lovely grounds but a bit disappointed that the house was off limits due to a wedding. As we are English Heritage members it didn’t cost us to get in but would have been extremely disappointed had we paid an entrance fee.

At £60 for our party this seemed quite shockingly expensive, but after we had walked around the house and gardens and appreciated the amount of effort that has to go into the upkeep, we didn't mind so much. The gardens are beautiful, you can take...More

We attended a family wedding nearby at Woburn and the reception was held here at Wrest Park, what a place could not recommend it any higher. Great history, gardens, staff and of course what a setting for a wedding reception.

As English Heritage members, we were looking for somewhere to visit and found Wrest Park listed. We had never heard of it but what a wonderful surprise. Beautifully kept grounds, especially on a sunny day. Lovely water features, the Bath House unusual, the Orangery felt...More

Friendly staff and a great place to have a walk. Well kept gardens. Only criticism would be the very dry "Heritage" sandwiches in the cafe.

I often visit here with my son (9). The grounds are beautiful and large enough to get lost on a nice walk. The house is interesting and well maintained. It has a good play park for kids near the entrance and the cafe is nice...More

This is a historic site that National Heritage now owns and maintains. Massive gardens for children to really have a good run around in. You can take a picnic to sit out in the garden. Building itself is very informative with information at hand. Best...More

I don't know for sure if you can take your bikes in to the grounds but I suspect not, just walk around it is lovely in there and not so big that you would need to bike around.
