Been a few times and the best bit was the mini golf! Not enough to see, small rest, very expensive for what it is! The mini golf was good fun! Would not recommend.

Dear Andrew B Thank you for your recent trip advisor review. We are of course sorry to learn of your disappointment. Whilst we acknowledge that we are smaller than some of the other SEA LIFE centres within the country we have over 40 tanks and 1000 animals on display. That said we are thankful for your feedback Regards Sophie More

I live in the Scarborough area and have never been to the sea life centre in my life. I decided to take my niece as I thought it would be a nice day out for her. I can honestly say it was very educational and even though it was very busy the staff made time for each person. my niece... More

A lovely visit to sea life. We booked online to make savings. The weather was very good which hepls when you visit the seals and penguins. We spent an hour walking around and watched the penguins have a feed. Great value for money the creatures are amazing and very interesting. It is a must if visiting Scarborough.

Had a lovely morning/ afternoon at sealife with my family. The attraction is popular and very interactive. Staff are helpful but feel that the restaurant needs to be given a Facelift and a bit of training required. Outside areas are great if the weather is good which it was.

We visited the Sanctuary several times over the last 4 years, the addition of the large Octopus was amazing, as we live locally ,its a great place to visit, and take our visitors and family to. The seal rescue is lovely, such fasanating creatures, takes a couple of hours, great way to spend a rainy day, wheelchair accessible, with a really good car park.

Visited here with two boys catching the mini train from over the road near Peasholm Park. Didn't actually expect much given I knew it was a smaller sea life centre compared to other ones we had visited but we went as it was a moody day and the kids needed entertaining. Upon arrival the kids were given a Dory map... More

We exchanged tesco vouchers for a visit to the centre so was very good value for money and we spent just over two hours there. The fish and other animals seem very happy and we'll cared for and the staff are very well informed and give interesting talks. A special mention goes to Erin who gave a particularly interesting talk... More

I've been to a couple of Sea Life Centres that have been horribly neglextd (Gt Yarmouth springs to mind) but Annabel rules, so we all trotted off to have some fishy fun. Be sure to book online - it's half the price! Well maintained, good exhibits and some unusual touches. Loved the seals and the penguins and wish we had... More

We booked online before we went, and also arrived before opening time to avoid queues. So we saved money on the admission prices which made it bearable. At full price we would not have gotten value for money. The sea life sanctuary does have some spectacular tanks. Their jellyfish exhibit is magical! There is a nice activity trail to do... More
