Been a while since I have been here but visited today and wow, what a transformation. Two members of staff at the front, a lovely warm welcome and "Please feel free to bring your dog inside". Only had ice creams this visit - the Rhubarb crumble ice cream is without a doubt the best in Scarborough. Friendly staff, nice greeting,... More

Well worth a visit as a change from the seafront. We sadly arrived too late for boat hire but it was a pretty, clean and well kept park for a stroll or a picnic.

Lots to do for all ages. Walks, gardens, birds to feeds, food and drink, rides, playground, boating. Very good for family day out. Parking close by and the miniture train to SeaLife centre is great.

Hats off to the staff who maintain it as it is really clean and tidy and a great place to spend some time. Although out of season numerous folk walking through. Kids feeding the birds, even... More

Plenty to do, gardens are beautifully kept, you can take a pedal boat round the lake with the family or just sit and have an ice cream and people watch.

Wouldn't go out of my way to visit but on a rainy day it kills an hour. We went on the pedloes which were reasonably priced.
