As a regular visitor I know how hard they work on site to maintain and develop the facilities for customers and the students. The negative visit about the bees should be ignored as the bees are no longer a feature. The Charity provides an excellent cafe, products and gift shop, farm animals and children's outside play and picnic area. They... More

Don't bother visiting the honey bee exhibition. Although it cost £1.50 to enter the cost was not important, what was important was the the bees were lying dead all over the floor, nothing had been cleaned and the person in charge was totally disinterested in the state of the bees but did say that he did not know what was... Visited this place quite a lot, both with little grandchildren and with adult friends. The children adore the animals, numerous toys to ride on and the big play area and it kept them happy for ages. The restaurant has simple fare, nicely presented and prices are reasonable enough. Good choice for little ones too. The little farm shops are pleasant... More

Honey bee exhibition, kids play area, farm yard petting zoo, all here but tired and old. Cafe is very good with a good selection of food. But quite expensive at £35 for sandwedge and drinks for 3 audits and two kids. It's a bit of a money extraction operation. TBH but the kids liked it. Small entry for bee exhibition... More

An excellent venue to visit whether you're looking for a day out with the kids, morning coffee or a lovely lunch. There are even a few small shops to browse in too. The outdoor play area is free so is an excellent place to bring the kids. There are a few animals for them to see and plenty of space... More

The farm was very easy to get to from Scarborough via bus and then a 20 min easy walk to the farm. There is a honey bee exhibition that is interesting for adults and kids and you get to see the bees coming and going! All the farm animals can be stroked and are very friendly, especially the pigs! The... More
