Superb coffee and a wonderful little hideaway spot with some great gift and everyday things. Such a wonderful and friendly part of the community, and the new cafe and shop is going to be amazing! Thank you to Steven and Gareth for being such legends.

I saw an article in Altrincham Today and visited for the first time today. Definitely won’t be my last visit. This place is beautiful - from the food through the decor, the range of gorgeous things to eat and to buy, to the fabulous people running the space. The whole thing has been so well crafted and they provide a lovely space where you can just relax and be yourself. Well done to the owners - I’ll see you again soon!!

This is a place to sit and chill out, whether with a coffee or alcohol. Our party of 4 (we were staying with friends for the weekend) and they know Hives really well and are regulars there. An artisan cafe/bar/store with seating inside with with wonderful and interesting decor, but also seating outside at the rear with a continental touch. The ladies went for Prosecco’s, ur Gentleman friend chose his Tempranillo and myself a local IPA which was a treat. The ambience and cleanliness was excellent, and the service just so friendly and helpful. It is located off the beaten track a bit on the outskirts of the town centre but it is well worthy a visit. Loved the afternoon we spent there and would love to return
