This theatre was designed by Frank Macham and looks great inside. We went to see a play by a local dramatic society and had a great time

Such a "WOW" theatre. It really is a beautiful, ornate building. I have been several times to see pantomimes over the years throughout my daughters childhood. Highly recommended!

A great little theatre in Wakefield, with plenty on offer for everyone to try something new. The best part of this theatre is that its "cosy" with out being claustrophobic and that just adds to the experience. Have been here several times with a group...More

As a venue this is really nice, like stepping back in time. Very old, traditional theatre retaining many of the original features. Reasonable bars for the interval and a small cafe. Quite a varied programme of productions and some well know names throughout the year.
