First visit and not really sure how to review. There is a large park with is very nice and scenic but with really very few sculptures - if you walk along the lake there is really only 2 or 3 in a 15 minute walk. It is a shame that with all this space there isn't something for up and... More

This place never ceases to amaze me. First of all, I asked to borrow a mobility scooter as I had a small one in the car, but theirs are more robust. This was no problem, but may be better to book ahead in case it's busy. Lovely, friendly, helpful staff. You are asked to donate some money for the maintenance... More

I visited the park at Easter with my husband, my sister and brother in law and my 8 month old daughter and it was brilliant! The park is very well catered for in terms of parking, baby change facilities and a nice coffee shop. We brought a picnic with us and ate it overlooking the park which was lovely. It's... More

The park was showing Modern art sculptures which me & my wife did not like much, but still lots of people there, take your own food as very expensive to eat there also try and use the bus service as the bus goes straight to the park & you don't have to pay for car park again expensive.

We unfortunately only had an hour here but managed to see some of the sculptures and had a walk by the lake. There are sheep and geese wandering freely which is lovely and kids can climb on some of the sculptures. Building work at present so some parts not accessible. We parked just before the park at £3. We were... More

The Tony Cragg exhibition is truly outstanding and I've been a couple of times already. Just a negative note though which is the food quality in the restaurant seems to have plummeted. Luke warm burger, soggy chips, coleslaw that was inedible. Not the first time I've felt let down. I don't go for the foo though and will probably bring... More

Even if you are not a lover of art and sculpture this is a great place to spend the day to enjoy the grounds and have a meal. It's a wonderful location and you cannot be anything but impressed with the setting. For art lovers this is an astonishing display of the best examples of sculpture to be found anywhere... More

My partner and i spent the afternoon here last Friday. It was during the Easter holidays but there is adequate parking albeit it is expensive. There is a cafe where you can purchase refreshments; not overly expensive more the price you would expect at this time of place. You would be best taking food with you if there was a... More

Do try and pick a day when it isn't going to rain to make the most of exploring this fabulous park. We come every year and there is always something different to see. The shop is fab for different presents and art work and the cafe is OK too. Best advice come when it's dry, take a picnic, rugs and... More
