Went to see the Red Swallow tonight with my husband. Although the film wasn't quite my taste, the staff service was excellent. The cinema was cosy, just wish it had been busier.

Really uncomfortable seats with an odd angle, feeling like you're tipped forward slightly. Wasn't a great experience for my back!

At £3.00 a ticket this is a great cinema. The interior of the building has been updated well while still retaining lots of its original character. The staff are friendly and the premises are kept very clean. Off street parking is easy to find nearby....More

This is cinema as I knew it from my childhood days. The tickets were tremendous value against the multiplex for the same film. The auditorium was virtually unchanged in format which, as the seats aren't as banked as modern cinema's, the tall person in front...More

So £3 to see a film is an amazing price! Why go elsewhere? Screen 1 is huge and I love that it's a big old style room. There are 3 screens in total. I've been going here for years and they upgraded all the seating...More

School holiday so I thought a nice trip to the cinema with my kids both under 9. I had a compare the meerkat cinema voucher where you get 2 for 1. So £6 for the 3 of us you can't grumble at. I specifically chose...More

I think technically your not supposed to but there's no bag searching so as long as your discreet and don't take a Morrisons carrier bag in full of food no one will stop you. Also save you a ton of money since a small bottle... More
