I can't adequately describe the consummate beauty of this area. It's breathtaking, even when the sun isn't shining!

Great to stroll along the quay and see all the boats, including the luxury cruisers rolling off the production line on the opposite bank. Many quaint cafes, and a place to book trips to Brownsea island. Good fun having a statue of Baden-Powell to pose...More

Gorgeous harbour with many very expensive yachts and sun seekers! Well worth a visit, there are also numerous bars and restaurants and was ideal in this gorgeous June 2017 heat!

One of the most beautiful natural harbours in the world. A real gem to paddle or kayak around. Check the tides/winds and know the buoys!

OK for a walk around on a sunny day, no so nice on a rainy day or winters day. Was about 15 minuets walk from were we stayed
