Terribly sad that poole pottery after 144 years is closing down. This place attracted me and thousands of others and is a major attraction to the town, bringing in millions of pounds. We personally can't believe poole council would be willing to give this up,...More

Lots more here then just Pottery - large place to look around with lots of options for gifts or Poole pottery items - you can also watch potters/designers at work - easy to spend lots of money in here; but we love what we bought

If you are looking for something to do on a a rainy day then this is the place. Paint your own pottery items and a shop full of great stuff to buy. Such a shame it is closing in OCTOBER 2017.

Can't believe this place is closing mid-October! My girls painted a piece of pottery whilst I looked round the shopping part. Clothes and gifts for sale. Including pottery! Best part was seeing the "real" potters working!
