Splashdown Waterpark is a great day out for family and friends. There’s something for everyone – from big kids to little ones – with some of the UK’s most exciting waterflumes. For the thrill-seekers, brave the Screamer with its sheer vertical drop. Plunge into darkness on the Black Thunder. And hold on to your pants as you shoot down the Spacebowl like a human pinball. Or if that sounds a bit like hard work, just go with the flow on the Mississippi Drifter. There’s the fabulous Little Buccaneers SplashZone with a starter flume, water play area and Buccaneer Bay, our toddler swimming pool. And, on a hot summer’s day, Buccaneer Beach is the perfect spot for a splash with the little ones. There’s even somewhere to play for little landlubbers. We’re open all year with indoor rides in the winter. In the spring, we take the slide outside where the Mississippi pours into the Grand Canyon. And, in May, bring on the awesome Screamer Tower – it’s fluming good fun! What are you waiting for?

Took our 2 young daughters aged 7 and 9 here but as they're not the bravest or adventurous of kids spent most of our time in the little peoples pool. The younger one liked the Jacuzzi/hot tub area but this seemed to be filled with...More

Visited on a Wednesday afternoon and had a fun time. Many slides, with a good variety. Half of the slides were outside, which would be great on a sunny day, but it was a cold rush to the stairs where it was warmer, or back...More

The children had a great time - and two hours was plenty. Not particularly good for spectators in that you can't see much, and it's very humid and damp. Reasonably priced and I booked very easily online that morning.

My daughter and I went to splashdown yesterday, I read a lot of negative reviews about the place so I wasn't expecting much. I can quite honestly say that we had an absolutely brilliant day. My 11yr old daughter reckons it was the best day...More

We decided to have a day at the water park during August. As it was the summer holidays we knew we would be busy but it was beyond a joke. As we got in we were constantly battling to get anywhere. The queues for some...More

I brought two teens (14 & 13) & they had an absolute ball on the great range of slides. Reasonable entry price for four hours too. Wish I'd paid to go in myself, as the seating areas inside were mind blowing hot & noisy &...More

Hi, it's not filthy and disgusting. It is a little tired when it comes to decor but that shouldn't put you off. Splashdown is a great day out.
