And there you were thinking that the RNLI needed your money to save lives. This mangled piece of metal is an eyesore and should never have been built :)

A very evocative sculpture listing those who gave their lives to save others. The sculpture is best viewed fro the road opposite but get up close to read the names.

Enjoyed this local hangout and the view of Holes Bay. Sunset was lovely here. Great place to sit with friends and enjoy the time. The sculpture about the mission of RNLI added bonus.

This is a wonderful piece of work - both moving and beautiful at the same time. The RNLI is a great place and this is a great welcome to it.
