The walk through the woods from Nacton Road is really nice and the pathway is good for buggies and wheelchairs. But once in the centre of the park, although plenty of space for picnics and ball games, it’s really all about the children’s playground.

Walked through the park with friends, it’s a stunning park to explore , things to do with the kids and a lovely tea garden that was the old stable block.

Lots of investment in this park over the past years, including a very good volunteer base. They hold events of all sorts, a real community facility. Interesing history too.

There is a small car park from Cliff Lane. Down through the gates next to the Margaret Catchpole Pub, opposite the Stable block.
