Fabulous show one of my favourites.theatre clean staff friendly x toilets to the front of stage has very steep stairs not great for for people waiting on and especially ladies that are coming down when crowded, should really be a sign of some sort.

Ipswich Film Theatre is a lovely little theatre run by volunteers showing select movies at great prices. It's a little bit old school but I think that's the charm, the ticket booth is tiny and only has a small selection of sweets and drinks but...More

It was my first visit to this film theatre. The building was clean and bright and the staff couldn't do enough to help from beginning to end. They were very happy to answer questions and converse about the film we were about to see. The...More

Great cinema offering the chance to see films spurned by the big chains. Little kiosk serving snacks and great tea and coffee. Run by volunteers, well worth supporting.

I am fed of going to the larger cinemas where you are surrounded by people munching, slurping, chatting to their friends, playing with their phones and if you are really unlucky having someone with their feet on the back of your chair! The Ipswich Film...More

The cinema is comfortable with well spaced, comfortable seats. As a cinema, there is nothing to criticise, only praise. However there are areas where improvements could be made. The ticket office seems to be in the wrong place as queuing customers get caught up with...More

Really nice cinema, run by volunteers. Shows films outside the mainstream. Nice little refreshments kiosk where thankfully you won't be able to buy huge buckets of popcorn. Park in Debenhams car park, pricey but convenient.

Really different, cosy little 2 screen cinema in the basement of Ipswich Corn Exchange. Screen 2 has only 40 odd comfortable seats with good sound. Offers a varied programme of what I would call "arty" films. Friendly staff. Nice decor. Great alternative to the horrible...More

Cinemas aren't usually so comfortable. The back row seating in Screen 2 is lush. The volunteer staff are very friendly and the whole place gives off a fantastic vibe. We travelled from fifty miles to see a very elusive film and it was definitely worth...More

Brilliant place. No overpriced hot dogs or popcorn. No fat people munching anything in fact. Decent audience, never too busy and you can take a beer to your seat. What's not to like?
