Explore Llandudno and Conwy with City Sightseeing

Travel between the two historic towns, taking in the sights from the top of an open top double-decker bus whilst enjoying the informative commentary. Hop on board with your 24 hour ticket and enjoy panoramic views from the top deck of an open top bus as you explore the two locations. Let City Sightseeing highlight all the things to do and see in these beautiful seaside towns.

The splendid Welsh resort of Llandudno lies between two gorgeous beaches and has retained much of it's Victorian charm. You'll enjoy spectacular views of the Great Orme, the Pier and sweeping Promenade. The North Parade is home to Llandudno Pier, a grade II listed building originally built in 1858. The marvellous structure boasts a variety of attractions, eateries and lots of things to do including a fairground at the shore end. Opposite the pier you may even catch a traditional Punch & Judy show. Stroll along the length of the pier, the longest in Wales, for spectacular sea views. Llandudno Bay itself offers picnic spots, coastal walks and stunning views. Hop off and take a trip on The Great Orme Tramway which been delighting visitors since it opened in 1902. An engineering sensation of its age, it's still the only cable-hauled tramway still operating on British public roads and has been lovingly restored. Visit the five art galleries at Oriel Mostyn which present varied and exciting exhibitions, showcasing the very best contemporary art that Wales has to offer.

Hop On and Off at your leisure with bus stops conveniently located along the route.

In the heart of Conwy town, stands Plas Mawr, the 'Great Hall', built in Tudor times. Plas Mawr is arguably the finest surviving town house of the Elizabethan era to be found anywhere in Britain. Be in awe of the grandiose edifice and take the opportunity to see its lavish interior. Aberconwy House is the only medieval merchant's house in Conwy to have survived the turbulent history over nearly six centuries. Furnished rooms and an audio-visual presentation show daily life from different historical periods. Meander through leafy Bodlondeb Park, a diverse and attractive park encompassing a Local Nature Reserve and traditional parkland. It commands views of the Castle, Conwy Mountain and the estuary.

Llandudno is a beautiful place, and the tour brings this tranquil place to life. We sat on top of course, the weather was brilliant. Took us round all of Llandudno and also into Conwy which is even prettier. Went to the Castle, to the Marina. The pier in Llandudno is so clean and the promenade so very wide. This is... More

The tour left from the pier at Llandudno passing through Deganwy (although we didn't get off I'm not too sure how much is actually there) and onto Conwy. Whilst the bus gave you a little history I found it overpriced for what it was. If it has rained the night before then the top deck will be out of action... More

Enjoyed the trip but sometimes commentary not very good, excellent views of the area. For the money paid thought the trip would have been a little bit longer

After much deliberation over whether to pay out the seemingly expensive fare we were glad that we eventually did. We sat on the top deck (at the front which was more sheltered) and enjoyed a scenic trip down to Conwy from Llandudno. There is a great view of the castle as you approach Conwy and a lovely quaint high street... More
