This was directly in front of my hotel & somewhere I wanted to visit while I was in Eastbourne. Regrettably it was closed while they are renovating the restaurant/café. A couple I met had travelled some distance to visit it & very disappointed to find...More

This is a peaceful place which is worth visiting, there is a memorial to the people who died in Eastbourne and a pleasant garden area with seats.

Enjoyed going in this tower, lots of work going on both on the tower and surroundings. Lovely views from the top. There are stalactites on the ceiling which are dripping, I can vouch for that!

Interesting historical building with a pleasant garden all around. It's a bit of a round-about walk to get into the garden but is very peaceful once you're there and all gardens in Eastbourne are very well looked after.

This martello tower is an interesting landmark. It is well preserved but unfortunately was closed when we visited. The nearby gardens are well maintained and even in late September look lovely.

Not sure why this is called the wish Tower. It is a well preserved Martello tower. Toilets underneath nearby.
