the fortress was very interesting and my daughter had fun doing the story making sheet provided. Stimulated kids to understand history...my boy enjoyed the canons and dressing up as a soldier..

An interesting step back into history in this fully audio visual experience. Defiantly worth a visit. The dot to land train stops here

Redoubt Fortress is brilliant, very interesting exhibits and exhibitions which change frequently. Can't say the same for The Pavilion. Shame these are grouped together. I would have given the fortress 5 stars and the Pavilion 1 star!

Highly recommend if you are in the Eastbourne area, especially the guided tours. Very informative and a lot of interesting artifacts including a Merlin engine.

Took in a tour of Redoubt Fortress as part of our promenade walk. Interesting facts to read and put into context with the fortress. Worth a visit.

Hi Eleanor, sorry we missed your question. Dogs are welcome in the parade ground and up on the gun platform but not inside the building itself
