Great sandy beach, beautifully coloured "changing houses" next to the beach, some areas dogs are allowed and scenery is also great. Parking adjacent.

A wonderful pebble beach, sea can be seen from relaxing with a coffee in little coffee shops along the prom, so clean, tidy and pretty flowers, just love Eastbourne!

This pebble beach is clean and allows one to walk close to the sea which on our visit was very choppy. Lovely beach huts nearby give the area character.

We found this to be a very clean, but stoney beach. Not a problem if you have the correct footwear and a thick ground mat. There are sandy parts to find (mainly when the tide's out), but they're in the minority. A nice area though.

Very clean beach, but lots of pebbles, as have all the beaches in the area. Some sand at very low tide.

Lovely clean and well kept beach but all stones so not very good for kids or walking. Dogs not allowed on the beach between May and September.

The beach is very pebbly so is hard to walk on without shoes, the only way children can build sand castles is when the tide is out

The colorful buildings are so cute. The beach, or walkway here is really nice for walking around. A nice open area for the sea too.

A Nice promenade with beach huts including two contemporary ones that are rentable. The beach pier and town are all within easy walking distance.
