A colleague who's from Trondheim recommended some local walks. I went to the TI centre to pick up some maps but only one was affordable. Recommend downloading these before you travel if possible. Think it was around £12 for a map I would have used...More

We didn't really get the info we wanted but they tried and were earnest. Young college people making their way. Nice maps, a suggestion or two. Some misleading info at one point or at least not in keeping with what we thought. The Norwegians are...More

The store inside the Trondheim Tourist Information Centre does not offer many items (few options). Items are expensive (as many of places in Trondheim). Anyway, if you are looking for Norwegian souvenirs, take a look.

Very poor souvenirs, nothing brilliant and not very interesting information. I was looking for information on nature trails in Bymarka and the only information they had was a small map costing 100 NOK. I hopedit would be much better.

I find these tourist centers to be the best places to get started exploring new places in European towns. This one was also quite nice for finding some inexpensive gifts to take home to friends. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
