Wonderful view of the city!

Wish I had more time to stay their. But I had just enough time to go up to the jump tower top which had a 360 degree amazing view! Beware of the strong wind up there.

Superb views and a very interesting couple of hours spent here. The train drops you off a short but hilly walk away and make sure you take your camera for fantastic panoramic views.

This ski jump was jaw dropping. It is huge and the area around is lovely. Spend some time in the museum and read about the history of ski jumping!

Convenient tram ride to this place, but a very steep walk up to the ski museum, where an entrance fee is required to get to the top of the jump, where the views are. Although the walk is on a paved road it is very steep. If you are not in above average cardio health this steep walk from the... More

It costs 20 dollars to get a view of the city from top of the ski jump...nothing unique about the view...and it also takes a while to get to as it's in the outskirts of the city...too expensive for a view point.

Holmenkollen is a must when you are in Oslo. It is so big that you can see it from the plane while landing as well as from most part of the city. You get there by metro, stop is named Holmenkollen too. From metro stop its a 10 minutes walk, you dont need special shoes. You can either walk the... More

This is a cool place in general but for those of us who do not ski jump, they have a really cool zip line in the summer month. It is fast and pretty long. It does give you a feeling of what it is like to participate in this winter sport

We were part of an organised tour to this attraction. The view from the coach on the drive up to the Ski jump tower was wonderful and arrival at the site itself was spectacular. It was not hard to imagine this area in snow or the excitement competitions would generate. The view across Oslo from the top is amazing. Well... More

For a person who only saw a ski jump tower on tv this was a great experience when you say "wow, how do they do it". Great veiws of Oslo and the marine from the top.
