Sept 29th 2016 last day of their tour season and they were not prepared for the tourists off the Norwegian Star. They sold you a ticket without telling us that they were operating with only a few buses and that your wait might be up...More

Dear Dawn We apologize for not delivering the services you expected. Due to the reduced number of buses operating on the seasons last day, we understand you had to wait more than we normally promise. Please accept our deepest apologies. Kind regards Nils

Oslo really isn't a tourist destination. It is a nice clean town that is home to people who live, work and socialize together. Therefore, the city sightseeing tour was underwhelming. I would have liked to visit the Viking Ship museum but due to time constraints...More

My wife and I have used this red bus service in many cities in the USA and overseas. This operation was a poor example when compared with many others that we have taken. It seemed they were more interested in selling their service to cruise...More

Booked on 9/26/16. We always book a "hop on hop off" bus the first time we arrive at any big city and we stay on the bus for a whole loop on that first ride. That way we can choose the spots we want to...More

Easy access best way to see the best Oslo has to offer! There are many stops to hop on and of on the way. Good weather helps the window view.

Im surprised at the negative reviews. We were lucky to catch the days last bus. My wife and I enjoyed the trip and especially due to the woman who led us. She was very knowledgeable and asked the bus (about 80% full) which language we...More

Paid the exorbitant NOK285 each (that's A$46 in my currency!) for the day ticket. Commentary was useless, drivers didn't care. We were made to change buses at the cruise terminal as it was "the last bus of the day" at 1530 - this despite the...More

Complete let down. I was expecting more but was a waste of 300 krone. Good if you are tired and won't mind going round the circle. I will recommend 'Oslo City Card' instead of this.

Yes of course,it's a good offer for elderly people. But you could also walk to the most of the things they're going to. No comments from the Bus driver.

It's expensive to go on, which is par for the course in Oslo but for the money I would've expected a human tour guide rather than the headphones set up. It was a beautiful sunny day but they left the roof on! Saw a lot...More
