It is free space to read the magazines newspapers... use the computers and free wifi to catch up with family and friends. I was able to type a letter for a job application and save to my mail. A great life line . Thanks

This was asn excellent place for us to get out of the rain and wait for it to clear. The wi-fi connection was excellent. If you can read Norwegian, they had newspapers from every city that publishes in Norway.

To summarize this is the best place in Tromso to spend the time, to read many books, magazines and newspapers. Many computers on every floor are put to the disposal of the guests. The Staff of the library is friendly and helpfull.

This is a stunning and wonderful building, you can't but watch it. The walls are made of glass so that you can see all the books inside, located into 4 or even more floors. Beautifull!

It is impressive to see that in the city center the reference point is the library! That's what other cities think about.
