Yeap, the tour is not great, but which brewery tour is?! We like the beer, not it's factory!!! The story of the Mack Brewery is very nice so we recomend the tour, but we urge you to go to the bar next door!!!

Visited Tromso on a cruise in August on a rainy Sunday. Most shops are closed on Sunday's, so would definitely recommend booking a tour around the world's most northerly brewery. Its normally closed on Sundays, but if you can get a group of at least...More
I visited the pub attached to this brewery during a recent Tromso visit. The actual brewery has now moved but you can still do a short tour. The pub itself is quite large with a huge selection of Mack beers
After an amazing photography tour with Karl Ivor tours (see review) we had them drop us off at Mack's Brewery. We really liked the ambience and photo opps and the beer was great. Fun stop.

67 taps of Mack beer. Was suprisied in the best positive way on the quality and taste of the beers. Rustic and tasteful decoration. To do again and again

Øl Hallen Old pub with history. People in Tromso love Øl hallen. Nice atmosphere, people who work there love their job. I like to go there a early saturday morning before early kick off in Premier League with friends. They also have round trip in...More
The daily short "tour" of the brewery for 15o nok is highly NOT recommended. It takes about 1 hour, 20 or so watching a movie about the history (this was the good part), then a joke of a taster: 1 small glass of their cheapest...More
A great selection of local beers including their own brewed beers. Try the sample tray which is a great experience and creates a conversation on different tastes. Service good and beer was even better!
