This local history museum a short walk from the stone church was a nice surprise. It is in chronological order, from stone age through WWII. The WWII exhibit was particularly interesting, it is up on the 2nd floor, do not miss it.

Some good information on the Vikings, the Middle Ages and WW II. The shop has an interesting variety of books, including a translation of the Havamal and a little book about the Runes.
