We were so lucky to come to the Rathaus during the perfect time of year: in July and August, the Rathaus hosts a large film festival! Although the film festival blocks the front of the building and ruins many photo opportunities, it was so cool...More

I was let down by this building to be honest. We saw it in the distance on our walking tour and it looked great. We then made the effort to go see it up close the next day but it wasn't worth it at all.

While visiting Vienna in December, you must come to see this fantastic civil building, decorated for the holiday, with illuminating lights and the huge Christmas tree in front of the façade

We brought in 2018 outside the Rathaus in the Christmas market. It is a beautiful building and lent itself to providing a very atmospheric background for a new year's eve. It was one of our best new year's ever.

We were more interested in the amazing Christmas market outside the Rathaus then the Rathaus itself which is beautiful as well. Remember best Christmas market is here!

I visited the place at Christmas. There was a Christmas market outside and ice skating and and and.... With all the lights it seemed like a Wald Disney palace. We had a great evening

I had a nice time visiting this building in December. The building is grand and the ambience around the building in December is great with all the Christmas markets.
