Rare concerts he makes in EUrope, so we went to see him live. Great place, sound was amazing! Staff is very friendly and nice, the only thing that bothered me was dirty glass (dirty from lipstick) which I was given while buying CocaCola down the "lobby". I didn't complain, but ...that was not really appropriate. Maybe again some day.

A traditional almost conservatoire style venue. Contains several music venues and has an efficient way to manage people so you dont annoy each other. Sound was good, show was great

We had the pleasure of visiting the concert hall, to watch a contemporary act. Every thing about the building was perfect for enjoying the spectacle. It is a real must for live 🎶

Staff are extremely rude and unhelpful and to top it off they don't take card in any of their buffers/cafes. Also, if you come for a concert you HAVE to leave your coat and additionally you have to pay 1.30 euro PER PERSON. This is actually ridiculous, especially since the place itself was very cold. Additionally, stalls are not elevated... More

The Wiener Konzerthaus daily offers many different performances, all on top level. This time we booked the performance of the American mezzo soprano Joyce Didonato and Il pomo d' oro "In War & Peace" which was magnificent in singing and music as well as setting. The next day we attended a performance of the Wiener Symphoniker with Francesco Piemontesi in... More

In my 4 days in Vienna, I was lucky that the Philharmonic was performing at the Konzerthaus on one of the nights and there was no way that I was going to miss it. It was a brilliant performance in a spectacular location. I definitely hope to be back in the future!

Spent a lovely couple of hours listening to music from Disney's Fantasia. The orchestra was superb at synchronising the music to the film on the big screen. The Konzerthaus itself is a beautiful building and everything was well organised. A welcome timeout from the busy Christmas markets.

We were incredibly lucky that our short break in Vienna coincided with a concert by Lang Lang.We didn't have any chic outfits because we'd travelled with only hand baggage. However, rubbing shoulders with the gliterati was fun. The concert hall is magnificent and stunningly beautiful even without the music, and listening to the incredible Lang Lang in these surroundings was... More

Like millions of others we watch the New Year's day concert from here and are amazed by the fantastic decor. When we had a chance to go to a Lang Lang concert on a trip to Vienna we jumped at the chance and took out a second mortgage.(The on line booking service took a 50 euros surcharge on each ticket)....
