Description:

We have been organising city tours and trips in & around Vienna since...

We have been organising city tours and trips in & around Vienna since 1972. Our aim is to show tourists the beauty of Vienna and its surrounding areas.

As market leader we stand for excellent organisation, personal service and a vast variety of interesting tours.

Experienced TOUR guides & tours in many different languages

Our TOUR guides are certified, they speak several languages and have been working for us for many years.

Our programme includes numerous TOURS in & around Vienna, as well as to Salzburg, Budapest, Prague and Bratislava. The majority of tours are offered in German, English and Spanish. Some tours can also be booked in French, Italian, Japanese and Russian.

HOP ON HOP OFF bus tour

Apart from the huge number of TOURS, we offer a HOP ON HOP OFF service with more than 50 stops throughout Vienna.

Along the 6 HOP ON HOP OFF lines you will find many popular tourist attractions of Vienna: Schonbrunn Palace, Hofburg (former emperor's palace), Vienna State Opera, Prater (leisure park), Giant Ferris Wheel, Belvedere Palace and many more. Our special bonus: with one ticket you can hop on or hop off as often as you like.

In addition to our coach tours, we offer boat cruises on the Danube and the Danube canal in cooperation with the DDSG Blue Danube as well as a ride in a horse-drawn carriage through the city center. Moreover, each HOP ON HOP OFF ticket includes a free guided walking tour.

VIP SERVICE for individual city tours

Our special VIP SERVICE has been created for guests that are seeking an individual city tour. We plan the tour programme for you, organise a limousine or luxury minibus, book tickets for cultural events and arrange inside visits of tourist attractions in your native language.

Enjoyed a one hour tour on this company bus tours, red or blue line, can't remember which. Was an interesting tour around the city perimeter and some of the content was fun to learn. There could have been more content to learn more, but most of the tour was telling us all what bus stop was next, so that could... More

Loved closed roof on bus as mid Feb very cold outside, buses were never busy and wait at stops never seemed to take to long, hop on and off as we pleased, took the Blue route out to the Tower and Wheel, Yellow route to palace and green into the hills, Red around the city. All in all good value... More

The City Tour & Schönbrunn Palace tour was ok but there were a few issues with it, which I will get to later. The first part of the tour involved a bus ride around the ringstraße, with the guide commenting on the various buildings we passed. We then moved on to Schönbrunn Palace for a whistle stop tour. Our guide... More

Dear Andrew, thank you for your time and your precious feedback! We are sorry that we could not meet your expectations with our City Tour. Since we want to offer the possibility to book our tours in different languages up to 30 minutes before departure, we do not limit our buses to just one language, so that all languages spoken... A 48 hour hop on hop off pass was just what we need to see the vast sights of Vienna. All the staff were extremely friendly and made us feel welcome and the pass was great value for money. Buses were very reliable and plentiful and the different routes gave variety and interest to the city. And this is a... More

We chose to use the hop on hop off buses on wet and cold days during our February trip. The staff we spoke to were all really helpful and provided accurate info on the routes and timing of the buses. On the first day we went on the red and yellow routes which provided excellent insight into a lot of... More

I took the Vienna to Salzburg one day tour. I was picked up right on time by a van and driven to the tour bus. The tour bus was very comfortable with free wi-fi on board. The trip to Salzburg is about 2.5 hour drive but we stopped for about half hour to get breakfast and use the bathroom. After... More

We didn't buy a 'Vienna pass' as only there for 3 full days, it might have been worth it, now sure. We bought a two day hop on hop off ticket for the guide bus. It was very limited service as January and very frustrating that the buses didn't seem to work together. For instance the red route bus arrived... More

Where to begin......the hop-on hop-off busses were fine. We maneuvered them, got all over town, no problem. The tours are a complete and utter rip off. I feel as though my time was wasted and we were taken advantage of. I wish I had read the reviews ahead of time and booked my own tours. I would have accomplished my... More

Dear thomsontrips, Thank you for your review! Indeed, if you have more time in Vienna you can see more of it and use all of our lines. Staying in Inner City

Neighbourhood Profile
Inner City
In Vienna's best-known district, pedestrian boulevards Kärntner Strasse and Graben connect you with landmarks such as the Wiener Staatsoper (Vienna State Opera), Vienna’s iconic Stephansdom (St. Stephen’s Cathedral) and the vast compound of Hofburg, the Habsburgs’ former Imperial Palace. Peek down side streets such as Annagasse and Weihburggasse, and Graben’s Seilergasse and Habsburggasse, to get a feel for the centre. The Imperial Apartments and the refreshingly demystifying Sissi Museum are must-dos at Hofburg. Spacious squares such as Am Hof and Freyung often host beautiful seasonal and antiques markets.
