There is A LOT of church in Salzburg. Really. A lot. This is quite nice, but head down to the crypt for the interesting and novel stuff.

huge stuning cathedral, do not miss it when you are in Salzburg. it's a bit of walking from the centre but it's nice to have a walk around in Salzburg anyway. Snow topped mountains give some extra to it.

One of the most beautiful cathedrals of our tour of the Alps. Salzburg was full of Sound of Music tours on our day to visit. This cathedral provided a peaceful and beautiful stop in our day.

Our group visited this beautiful church and the girls choir performed a 30-minute concert much to the delight of our group and also the other people visiting the church. This is such a beautiful place that you should spend some quiet time appreciating the craftsmanship that went into building it.
