The monument and story behind is nice to see if you pass by especially since there is no entry price. Too bad no pannel with info.

Though I must admit it is an interesting attraction, it is worth seeing only if you are in Klagenfurt. I would not go a long way to see it. Location - Neue Platz. But the city itself is cute and has a quaint charm.

A very clean and well kept statue of the dragon, which dominates the platz where it is found. A good fable of the origins of the dragon is etched in stone nearby, it is quite striking.

It is on the main square and it is really nothing special. We took a photo there just because we didn't find anything in Klagenfurt. Boring town.

Very picturesque. Romantic in nature. Great for a stroll and seeing the shops. Gelato isn't far away either!

During the Advent Christmas Market, this dragon is surrounded by stalls selling sweets, drinks, and crafts. The atmosphere is lovely. The dragon was worth a one minute story and view with my family, unfortunately they are not into statues!
