For a city of its size, Graz shows off its prosperity quite well. All the ingredients are there: the clock tower on the hill, the bell tower, the statuary, the imposing architecture and the many squares and then the river Mur and its bridges.
Both the houses and streets of the old town Graz are very beautiful and it's nice to go on a walk through Graz. Especially checking out the "Schlossberg" is amazing and offers a beautiful view over Graz.

I like that there are not many tourists, at least there weren't when I was around (Sunday, Monday). The place has a special charm by night. You should pass through the whole pedestrian zone
A sea of pink tile roofs, countless charming old courtyards framed by renaissance buildings, hidden gems, beautiful shops, magnificent architecture...one of the most picturesque old towns in Europe. Oh and relatively unspoilt: very few tourists, a lot of tradition.
