Unique place, everything looks so untouched and cute. Walking around through the parks, relaxing atmosphere.

During a class reunion which we had organised in Baden, we wanted to show our friend the Beethoven Haus, alas the only day we could do this was a Monday, the day the museum is closed. I contacted Frau Fischer by e-mail and she was kind enough to open the museum for our group and to organize on the fly... More

Although we could not see the house, to go around in the town was great. Baden has a beautiful park and the houses are very cute. It gives you the impression of a small, peaceful but rich town. I have not visited the house but I would suggest the people to see inside. The house from outside looks quite plain... More

Happy to see one of "historical-musical" places in the world. Unfortunately couldn't get inside, so admire it from outside.

Located in the center of the town, the house has been inhabited by Beethoven for a long time during his illness. He composed the 9th simphony right here. The museum is almost empty since anything was preserved (the flat is very simple). The piano and the walls of the dining-room are original. Part of Beethoven's hair is conserved inside. In... More

Beethoven was a guest at Rathausgasse 10 ofter between 1821 & 1824. It's here he wrote Miss Solemnis, he finished the 9th Symphony..Ode to Joy. The exterior shows an attractive style of building.
