Arrived in Monte Carlo via local bus from Nice and popped in to get directions to a few key places . Really helpful staff in there.

We asked for things to do in an hour and a half. The English speaking lady was really helpful. She gave us two options and indicates times on a map. Great service.

Yes The train is still running but not sure of the times or prices as we never went on it

There is a bus 110 from nice airport or you can take the train from nice to Monaco then taxi. A taxi is very expensive from Nice
