Being in Monaco there were a couple things on our list that we had to do. The Palace tour being one. It is very reasonable to get in. You can buy your tickets in advance which is nice being that the crowds grow thru out...More

The Palace looks like new! It has guards marching in front of the entrance. It is the residence of Prince Albert de Monaco.

We caught the local bus 100 from Nice to Monaco, a great choice and it costs only 1.50 € per person one way. It runs every 15 minutes and the trip takes about 30-45 minutes travelling along the coastline. We were there only a few...More

I went to the palace during the changing of the guards, and that was really cool to see! It was a bit of a walk up there, but I'm pretty sure there are buses as well. The palace is really pretty and the area around...More

We thought the palace would be like the casino as far as the grandeur but the rooms seemed old and small. The history is nice and the audio tour is helpful...but it was 'OK'. The views are pretty from up top. Make sure you take...More

We went late in the afternoon, if I recall it was around 5pm in August. There was no line up at all, we walked right in and the palace was not crowded. Check for closing times. We spent about an hour and a half exploring the... More

Hi, it is a hop on and off train. The first station is at the front of the staircase of the aquarium. There is a sign there with the train timetable and its stops.
