Went out of curiosity to have a look at what lack of rainfall mea s to Cyprus. The dam itself is very impressive, but the lack of water must be worrying for the people of Cyprus.

Stayed near to the dam the scenery is stunning There were many walking paths to enjoy but take plenty of water with you. Worth a trip.

If you like to get away from it all this is the place. It is peaceful and great to spot wildlife. Lovely walk and there is also an abandoned village.

Hidden in the hills is this majestic construction. Well worth stopping off and parking next to the dam and having a walk, amazing scenery

By car yes. All sign posted Would not advise you do it on foot. Up hill drive !
