Gentle sandy slope, ideal for children. Good snorkelling in crystal clear waters at the southern end of the bay. Take your time getting there as the road is challenging in places without a 4WD.

This conservation station has a shaded area with educational posters on turtle conservation at the beach. In addition to the learning opportunity, the swimming right off the beach was great.

Its an intact beach, you can reach it on a dirt road. Nearby the beach you can find a great place where you can go trekking in the nature.

Yes it is indeed a long bumpy uncomfortable drive along the tank tracks leading to Lara. But do it! The team at the Conservation area are friendly, courteous and even helped this old guy on a stick! As to the turtles - see for yourselves,...More

Natural beach, sandy, wonderful waves, sea in different colors. Turtles nests, sand lilys, dark hot rocks... Keep this place clean and safe!

The bay is beautiful, the only problem is, it is very popular and a four wheel drive vehicle is required as the road is very worn, due to the many vehicles that use it.
