The castle is interesting to see here in Limassol, and is one of the nicest things that you can do after the promenade.

The castle is impressive but the museum it houses is filled with fascinating antiquities. We climbed up to the top for the view and made our way down exploring the collection of ancient treasures that have been found many dating back hundreds of years.

It might not be the biggest or the most impressive fortress to see but it is one worthy of seeing piece of history in the heart of Limassol. It is kind of strange to look out from its top, as most of the surrounding buildings...More

The plate with the drawing of the lamp with the 7 poles is depicted in one of the UPPER rooms of the Limasoul Castle. I think it is the second or the thirds on the left hand side.
