A bit out of the way by the airport. Hala Sultan Tekke is located on a salt lake/marsh. The site is an Islamic holy site but is open to all visitors. Be respectful. Lots of cats running around. Very pretty at sunset.

Impressive when you look at it from across the Salt Lake. Nothing much when you walk into it, it looks a bit deserted

It was an amazing experience as I was about to go to airport and thought to drop by here to visit the place. It’s worth visiting if you specially know the Islamic history and would like to experience it in person. Nice mosque.
