The place itself is small (as the city I shall say) and the guy working there didn't really seem happy to be there. I would have been totally disappointed if it wasn't for the price of the magnets, half of what you pay in the...More

Our tour group stopped in Vaduz for 45 minutes while on a tour of Switzerland. My spouse and I popped in here briefly. I am not a shopper, so avoided the souvenirs offered, and looked for a map, or information on the city and the...More

It's just like every other center in a city that I visited. It's a place where you can ask information about the city ...and buy some souvenirs

We went through Vaduz in a Sunday and it was quiet. Stopped in for some souvenirs as there were some nice trinkets. Glad to say we've been to Liechtenstein but don't see ourselves going back.

A souvenir shop down the street says that they will also stamp your passport but I preferred the Center. It's only a souvenir stamp with the date of the visit but it felt more official getting it at the center and it only costs €3/...More

It cost about 3chf, but well worth it if you want your passport to reflect where you have been. The employees there are very helpful in deciding what to see and do while you are in Vaduz.

Is there an Old Town in Liechtenstein, and, if so, what hotel would you recommend ? We prefer not to stay in the modern part which appears to be Vaduz... Thanks

There are many less urban towns than Vaduz with traditional style buildings etc in Liechtenstein but Schaan is your best bet as it's easy to reach from Vaduz. Not tried any of the hotels though.
