Located across the valley south of Luxembourg city ( west side), you wont miss it ( at least the Tower) if you are looking at the scenic view from Notre Dame Cathedral.

A free museum, worth popping in if your walking by. 30 minutes gives you an interesting look into the history of banking in this country. Building is gorgeous as is the view.

I was expecting to have way more given the budget. The building looks great from the outside and with no doubt is an icon of city. Whether walking around or driving it is hard to don't take a second to enjoy the architecture.
