Beautifully maintained American cemetery and resting place of General George Patton, two Medal of Honor recipients and five members of the 101st Easy Company as well as over 7,000 brave American men (and one woman). IMHO a must visit if you are an American and in the vicinity.

This memorial is a must see for visiting Americans of all stripes. There are row upon row of grave markers and General Patton's at the front. This makes you stop and think like little else, and one recognizes the goodwill towards Americans in these parts that had been generated over decades.

My favorite stop of my trip! It is just humbling and awe inspiring to stand amongst American heroes, General Patton, 2 Medal of Honor award recipients, 5 members of the famed Band of Brothers. This memorial is beautifully kept and a magnificent tribute to those who gave all in the fight for freedom.

We walked her from Luxembourg City, its quite a way but was well worth the visit. Would have liked to have visited the German cemetery too, but my poor tired legs weren't up for it.

I visited our fallen brothers in March 2007. Such an awesome place to visit to honor those who gave all to their country. I was amazed at how well kept the grounds and memorial are. Rest in Peace, brothers.

Absolutely make the visit. Very sobering but impressive at the same time. Give yourself a couple of hours, it is worth it.

The Cemetery is massive and looks very sad. This place was the #1 in my trip to Luxembourg. It does not need any reservations or restrictions to visit. It is free to visit the place and it has lots of information and historic events from WWII. It is also just 10 minutes from the centre of Luxembourg City. Highly recommend... More

I did not know much about this cemetery before I visited, but this was one of the highlights of my Luxembourg stay. General George Patton and 5000 other American soldiers are buried in one of most well maintained cemeteries you will see. Walking through was very powerful and it put some true perspective on the cost of freedom and loss... More
