A very impressive circular church, the lack of OTT baroque decoration - and of tourists - being quite a relief.

Went to see the new marble flooring and was really surprised by the beauty of the design and workmanship. The church is now a monument.

This is another beautiful and quite ornate church - though not as overpowering as St John's Co- cathedral. I just wandered in and was touched the fine decor, the serene atmosphere and the size of it. It is quite grand. Definitely worth a visit.

The dome that marks Valletta's skyline belongs to the Carmelite Church. Some restauration works were going on there during our visit, nevertheless I found the church impressive, beautiful and peaceful.
