This Structure is located in between the Saluting Battery neighborhood and Fort St. Elmo. From this structure, you could see a great seaview/waterview other then those buidings accross the waterfront.

A short walk from the lower Barrack gardens and across the road is this bell tower and memorial to the siege of Malta during the second world war.

It's a gentle walk from all the shops along the waterfront.Unless it's raining out, it's a great walk up the hill to get the view of the bell tower and the view of the harbors.
