What a great view you get from up there. It's well worth spending some time there and taking it all in. Don't miss it!

Amazing, relaxing park area with a wonderful view over the three cities Vittoriosa, Senglea and Cospicua. Has a small kiosk with snacks, sandwiches and drinks.

There is not much to see at the Upper Barraka Gardens. There is an elevator that takes you down to get the ferry to the Three Cities. My husband and I ended up having lunch here with a lot of pigeons - not much atmosphere.

You can get the lift up here from the street below. Because it is high up of gives amazing views over the harbour. The gardens are really pretty - colourful flowers and a water fountain. At noon and 4pm you can look down and see...More

The garden gives a viewpoint of the 3 Cities opposite Valletta, which is good for photos both in the morning and at night, but it closes at 9pm. Sunset in May is at around 8pm+ so we got to take some beautiful photos of the...More

Well kept offering amazing views of the harbour, from the top corner you can watch the gun salutes take place. The area is immaculate and even offers a toilet, well worth claiming the hill, or taking the lift to view this.

Overlooking the Grand Harbour and the cruise terminal these gardens provide a great view. The gardens themselves are lovely - not huge but a nice place to sit. Very nice

Easy to miss. Closes fairly early in the evening. The park is very pleasant with shade. No need to take the elevator which goes down. That elevator is rather useful if you are coming up.

These gardens offer a lovely and unique view of the Grand Harbour with Fort St Angelo being situated directly opposite. At noon there is a gun salute with cannons being fired. A restaurant is also available for a quick snack if necessary. A lift will...More

It is at the opposite side of Valetta which involves walking uphill and steps or you can walk around the perimeter wall of Valletta

Much easier to take the lift for a euro. You can walk up .. But it's a long and winding busy road. We walked back down to kill some time before our cruise ship left... That was easier. Have fun.
