Unfortunately due to luggage restrictions on the plane, I wasn't able to buy the whole shop like I wanted to. This glassware is stunning. So much colour and creativity. I came back with a lovely Christmas decoration that was reasonably priced. Well worth a visit.

Free to enter and vast selection of glassware. You can watch the workers for as long as you like making the glassware as well as separate area for finer Glass ornament work. The shop has Factory seconds / discount area as well.

Very interesting glass factory where you can see how glass is traditionally made and afterwards you can visit a large shop with quite interesting pieces.

I've been to Mdina glass a few times. But this last visit suggests to me they are starting to cater to the short visits cruise passengers make. The prices of the items have gone up, a lot since my last visit.

It is a good attraction. Employees do not ware safety shoes, and ear protection. Even though this is standard in the European glass industry. One can watch workmen making various glass ornaments and there are many glass objects for sale. Not really remarkable though.

Near main entrance of Mdina. Factory store that has some beautiful blown glass items as well as lots of other glass products. Jewellery is there for sale also made of glass. Lots of colours and styles. Careful, keep kids out - you break it, you bought it. Outside the store was a board of beautiful Brass Door Knockers, I would... More
