The cave's entrance way has collapsed and is officially closed due to it being hazardous so other than ticking it off your bucket list, going there is a waste of time.

Well worth a visit for a beautiful view of Ramla bay. You can't access the cave anymore, the staircase is closed off, however, the viewing platform is quite a romantic place for a couple.

There is no cave visible. It's basically a viewing point. Nice enough view but there are plenty nicer on the island.

I can say that this point is a place that it should not be missed for its spectacular view and enjoying the red sandy beach of Ramla and tje meditterean sea

The sightseeing bus stopped here for 7 minutes for us to take photos. There's a path with a sign, saying this way to Cave. Path is very short and dead ends at an overlook. All you can see is the beach below, which is in a cove. Made me wonder whether this was a typo years ago - someone meant... More

In fact, there is no cave accessible. There is a cave, but it is not allowed to go inside, as it is not safe. There is a small platform with guard rail, from which is nice view to the beach, where Napoleon should disembark. Parking place is next to the cave. There is no parking fee, no entrance fee, the... We walked a long road from Zaggra to get to Calyso cave in the sun, very relaxing,. Once there the cave is disappointing but the view is amazing. Rather than retrace our trip back we then climbed down the mountain to Rambla beach where we caught a bus back to Victoria. Really fun circular trip and recommend it.

We walked from Xaghra, which was a bit of a hike along quite interesting streets (take plenty of water to drink en route). Do not go to see the cave, as it is unsafe and there is no access. Great view of Ramla beach. We then proceeded to follow the rough track down to the beach (do not recommend flip... More

If you are staying in Marsalaforn go with the local trip with Frank. Fab day out 35 euros with lunch from 10:30 to 16:00. All round Gozo to some secluded bays and then on to the Blue Lagoon. Fab captain and fun day for all the family
