We visited the Crafts Village on Tuesday 24.4. The day was sunny and shops were open. We had lunch at the cafeteria and it was very good. It was nice to look at Gozo Glass how the workers worked with the glass and how they...More

All the leather goods are made on site and you can see the staff working on them. Good key rings, purses, hand bags and wallets are here.

My husband and I went to Gozo for a day trip from Malta. We noticed the craft village and stopped off. Nothing much to see and find items expensive. Best part of the craft village is the Ta Dbiegi Cafe. We had a cappuccino and...More

Driving past the craft centre, decided to stop off. Unfortunately it was a Sunday and it is closed. Why are the gates wide open? Why are the signs outside advertising the non-events? And no it wasn't just me, many other cars stopped, people got out,...More

We stopped off during our tour of the island, and I lost my wife in most of the craft shops. The only times I found her were when she appeared asking for the credit card!

I wasn't expecting anything much but this craft village is BAD BAD BAD, the quality of every single shop was terrible, the lace is old as in 1980's gone brown old, the pottery looks like it's made by a toddler, the glass shop is too...More

We visited the Craft Village again this November and, on the recommendation of one of our hotel staff, tried out the cafe there. We were not disappointed, home-made cakes are to die for, large portions and reasonably priced - coffee and cake 3euros.

This craft village is not big but it's heaps better than the tatty one on Malta. The "huts" are all square blocks and there are some interesting shops within. Toilets are clean too.
