The Comino Bay and the island are beautiful . Blue water , nice view and easy to get there.
The beach itself is quite busy, there is only one toilet for men and also one for women. There are no cabines available for changig the wet swimmsuits. Although it is easy to get there by ferry, the way back is a mess from there because of the unorganized ferry-departures to the different destinations .

Beautiful but water is full of jellyfish. Be careful when going in the water because those little things sting like hell.
Ride to blue Lagune was lovely but the walk to st Maria Bay was a bit much. There should be some kind of transport available, especially for families with little children.

A bit of a trek from the drop off point but worth it. We had the bay almost to ourselves. There is a very small sandy beach but not much else (out of season)

A small sandy bay about 20 minutes walk from the busier Blue Lagoon and great for relaxing and beach combing in much quieter surroundings. There are no facilities here but that's part of the charm. In February when I visited there were few other tourists but I would imagine that in the summer its packed.

Lovely quiet spot on Comino.
We didn't like blue lagoon, but enjoyed this place as a quieter alternative.
No facilities though (toilet or drinks) - at least not in November.
We walked further from the sandy beach over the rocks until we reached a spot where you can lookout towards Gozo. Lovely place, it also has some smaller patches of sandy beach there - with turquoise water.
But all-in-all we thought Comino was overrated compared to the coastal hikes we did on Gozo and the bays and beaches we came across there.

This is the only sandy beach in Comino. was empty in November, but I can imagine it gets crowded in the Summer.

Instead of Blue Lagoon, it's better to go here. Less tourists. Beach guards on duty. Water is fantastic.

The beach is around 25 minutes from Blu lagoon, but it is not worth to go at all. It is plenty of seaweed everywhere, the both at in the beach and at the bottom of the sea, moreover the area where you can swim is very small due to the numerous boats parked at less than 20 meters from the beach

Quiet, shallow, sandy, clear, clean. Tamarisk trees up to waters' edge. 2 unobtrusive kiosks and a welcoming but non pushy sun bed man. Real nice.
