Unexpectedly excellent, a very well organized set of exhibits. it is mainly older Iceland but does have a nice little roundup of more recent items at the end of the exhibit. If you go to just one museum this is it.

Although the building itself seemed slightly dated the exhibits were good. Lockers available to put bags in. Mainly made up of exhibits of a religious nature on floor one and then floor 2 has more modern day.
